Lake Photo When I was small, I lived in rural Ontario and spent hot summers on Lake Muskoka. When not swimming I was involved with Brownies amassing badges and singing camp songs. What I remember most about growing up though, is reading. I probably read every travel book there was in the local library. I decided then to see as much as I could and not be limited by my ten-speed. Later, I lived in Switzerland, Japan, and Vancouver before returning home. Giving up my dream to be the fourth 'Angel', I went to Victoria College at The University of Toronto. I studied the art and literature of East and South Asia for four amazing years.

*The Non-Writing Me* When I am not glued to my computer, you can find me running the quilting club at my daughter's school, teaching pilates, yoga, and walking my King Charles spaniel.
